Review of the Minutes from June 2024
Does anyone have any request to amend the meeting minutes? Gary Stephens’s name is spelled wrong.
Why does membership continue to shrink? There is no place for spectators, and there are zero bleachers. We are
seen as a not-so-friendly club. Streit tried to step it up with cooking.

Bill for Port a Jons, fuel for mowers, and combat, Web hosting service $520 in December.

Old Business: The longest day was canceled due to a lack of participation.
Gary Stevens: VP: The AMA Swap meet will be published in AMA. The flier has been sent to all local clubs. $120 for the advertisement.
Jim Herron Maintenance Director Report: Combat host: Aug 5, Aug 26. Country Clipper, the runway might need some maintenance.
Mike Murphy: Safety Director Report: Not in Attendance.
Chris Mroch:Website Status: See above in financial statements.
