Call to order at 7:00pm by President Gary Stephens

Review of the Minutes of the September 6, 2022, meeting.
No discussion. Motion to approve by Dave Hills. Seconded by Jim Herron. Motion carried.
Financial Report presented by Dan McLaren. No discussion. Motion to accept by Jim Herron. Seconded by Jim Grant. Motion carried.
4 new members joined the club in the last month.
Old Business:
Mike Murphy – Safety message – remember, Lipo batteries should be reduced to 3.8V for storage
Jim Herron – Swap Shop 2022. Just 19 days away (now just 5 days away). 44 tables reserved as of this date. $966 gross to date. Tickets and flyers donated – thanks Jim Herron.
Remember, set up for the event is 8:00am.
Dave Hills – Dave thanked Bob Irish for helping out last week… All looks good. Thanks Dave.
Jeff Streit – Social Director – no coat to report.
Jim Grant – Poker Fun Fly – six signed up but only 4 were able to fly. Jeff Streit came in first, Jayson Holovich – second, and Chris Bohn third. Jim thanked all that participated or came out to watch and enjoy lunch.
Chris Mroch – Website Status – Website is up to date. New Events Tab is operational. Discussed the use of Pay Pal for club business. Idea was tabled for the time being due to cost of Pay Pal and method of obtaining other vital member information. Thanks for all the effort, Chris.
Gary Stephens – Text message list when going to the field is up and running. Please let me know if you want to be added to the list.

Next meeting is November 1, 2022, at 7:00pm at the Aviation High School. NEW LOCATION! We will meet in the new FLIGHT TRAINING CENTER. Go past where we usually meet to the first left, which is Aviation Way, and go down the hill to the new building. The entrance we use is on the northeast corner of the building.
