Minutes of the July 11, 2017 Meeting
Called to order at 7:02 by President Mark Schmaltz
There were 14 adult and 1 youth Members present.
Guest present was David Hills who is interested in joining the club.
Review of the Minutes of the June 6, 2017 meeting resulted in no changes, additions, or deletions.

The Financial Report was presented by Dan McLaren. No discussion.

No New Members but one late renewal brings club total to 68
(46 regular, 4 lifetime, 3 associate, and 15 junior)
Old Business
Mike Murphy – Safety review – Mike was absent due to storm damage to his house and garage. Be Safe.
Mark Schmaltz reported on the Memorial Fly In of June 10 – 22 people had lunch and enjoyed a windy but fun day. Thanks to Jim Herron for a job well done.
Mark Schmaltz reported he expected between 15 and 17 flyers for the upcoming IMAC event. Phil and Matt will be mowing Thursday. Practice will be Friday with the event held on Saturday and Sunday. Tacos will be available for the Saturday lunch ($5 per person) and Pork butts available for Saturday evening dinner ($7 per person). The event will wrap up after lunch on Sunday.
New Business
Phil noted the new sign on the side of the building that his wife painted. Look great.
Mark came up with a used John Deer 16 hp riding lawnmower that has a much faster ground speed and offered it to the club for $600. Phil Shea made a motion we buy it. George Orphan seconded and the motion carried. Lee Frederickson will buy back the old red mower for $500.
