Review of the Minutes of the July 11, 2017 meeting produced not changes.

The Financial Report resulted in no changes.

Old Business
Mike Murphy – BE SAFE
Mark Schmaltz – reported out on the IMAC event. 19 pilots from Canada/Ohio/Chicago/2 club members. Phil got 3rd in beginners class while Matt got 1st in sportsman. Mark thanked Rob Willis for providing the pulled port for dinner and his wife for the lunch efforts. Profit for the event was $547. Mark also thanked all that helped out for the event.
Phil Shea made a motion to hold the event again in 2018. Jim Grant seconded the motion and the motion carried.
New Business
Danny Osborn reported on a donation of some older RC equipment. It was decided to save it for the swap shop and anything that did not sell would be put on E Bay.
Mark noted that the weed wacker is dead. Lee Frederickson donated one!
It was noted that our American Flag is getting pretty worn. Mark was authorized to get a new one before the Vets Fly In.
