President Danny Osborn opened the meeting of thirty five members at 7:00 PM.
The minutes of the November meeting were unanimously accepted after Dave Kingma and Dave Parrotte made the motion and seconded.
Treasurer made the report and it was acknowledged.
Old Business:
Officer elections by written ballot was very successful as 60 of 94 members actually voted!!!

New Business:
Roz Osborn will be organizing a social dinner for a maximum of 75 at Branns the last week in January 2010.
Flight instructors of 2010 season will be Mark Schmaltz, Danny Osborn, Dan Mclaren, Dave Parrotte, and Nikolei Zinsli. We will attempt to have all club trainers on 2.4 so as not to affect any club members with student training.
Tom O’Keefe won $18 from the 50/50.
Meeting adjourned at 8:05 after Nikolei Zinsli and Mark Schmaltz made the motions with their right arm.
Next meeting at the school January 5, 2010 at 7:00 PM.
